Overview

The QSP-10C/QSP-16C/QSP-25C full pressure high-speed exhaust valve is composed of a lower valve body, a middle valve body, a float, a float rod, a valve core, a cover plate, a piston rod, a diaphragm, and a valve cover. Its characteristic is that the float rod hinged to the float can rotate around the main shaft through a pin shaft, and thus the lifting and opening of the valve core can be controlled by the float lifting. That is, when the float descends (the valve body is filled with gas), the valve core rises, opens the small valve port, and closes the exhaust port on the small exhaust cap, allowing gas to enter the hydraulic tank through the conduit. When the float rises under buoyancy, the valve core descends and closes the small valve port.

Principle of Full Pressure High Speed Exhaust Valve:

QSP-10C/QSP-16C/QSP-25C full pressure high-speed exhaust valve is a full pressure high-speed exhaust valve composed of a lower valve body, a middle valve body, a float, a float rod, a valve core, a cover plate, a piston rod, a diaphragm, and a valve cover. Its feature is that the float rod hinged to the float can rotate around the main shaft through a pin shaft, and thus achieve the control of the valve core's lifting and opening through the float lifting. That is, when the float descends (the valve body is filled with gas), the valve core rises, opens the small valve port, and closes the exhaust port on the small exhaust cap, allowing gas to enter the hydraulic tank through the conduit. When the float rises under buoyancy, the valve core descends, closes the small valve port, and opens the exhaust port on the exhaust cap, allowing the hydraulic tank to pass through. The conduit is directly connected to the atmosphere for pressure relief, and when the float descends and the hydraulic cylinder is filled with gas, the large exhaust port on the valve automatically closes. When the water pump stops, the water flow in the pipe is empty, or negative pressure is generated inside the pipe, air is sucked in to ensure the safety of the pipeline.

Installation position of full pressure high-speed exhaust valve:

1. At the outlet of the water pump, on the horizontal pipe before the check valve, exhaust is carried out when the water pump is started and exhale when it is stopped.
2. On the horizontal pipe at the downhill section of the pipeline.
3. When the water pump stops, it may cause a vacuum or negative pressure.
4. At the horizontal pipe every 1-1.5 kilometers in long-distance pipelines.
5. The highest point of the horizontal pipe and the top of the vertical pipe.

Precautions for installation of full pressure high-speed exhaust valve:

1. The exhaust valve should be installed vertically on the horizontal pipe.
2. For the convenience of maintenance, an isolation valve should be installed below the exhaust valve.
3. Exhaust valves should not be installed in environments with strong acids or alkalis.
4. The exhaust valve of Tongtian should be equipped with anti freezing measures, generally requiring the construction of a kiln well for protection and anti freezing.
