Overview of Electric Welding Stop Valve Products:
J961Y-P54/100V/140V/170V/J961Y-P55/P57/100V/140V/170V electric welding globe valve and electric power station globe valve are characterized by high temperature and high pressure, with a self sealing design. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal. Due to its unique performance, technical characteristics, and working conditions, the product has also developed unique features that cannot be replaced by other products. The manufacturing acceptance technical conditions shall comply with the provisions of the Japanese standard E101 for valves used in thermal power generation. The structural length of the globe valve for pound scale power plants shall be in accordance with the provisions of E101. The welding groove of the valve body shall be in accordance with the provisions of ANSI B16.25 or the size provided by the user. The valve cover packing box is tried to be reasonable, with corrosion inhibitor added to the packing, reliable sealing, and smooth opening and closing. The valve has an upper sealing structure to ensure that the valve stem will not leak out when the valve is opened and operated.
Application scope of electric welding globe valve products:
Electric power station shut-off valves are suitable for cutting off or connecting media on pipelines in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, and thermal power stations with Class 1500~3500Lb and working temperature of -29~570 ℃. Applicable media include non corrosive media such as water, oil, steam, etc.
Structural characteristics of electric welding globe valve products:
1. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.34 and E101 standards, and can be used in conjunction with imported equipment.
2. The valve chamber adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure, and the higher the internal pressure, the better the sealing performance.
3. Just use butt welding connections at both ends to adapt to different takeover requirements.
4. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat are made of Stellite cobalt based hard alloy by welding, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life.
5. The valve cover packing box is tried to be reasonable, with corrosion inhibitor added to the packing, reliable sealing, and smooth opening and closing.
6. The valve has an upper sealing structure to ensure that the valve stem will not leak out when the valve is opened and operated.
7. The opening and closing of the electric shut-off valve are controlled by the power station device, which is equipped with a motor, reducer, torque control mechanism, on-site operating mechanism, and manual/electric switching mechanism.
