The valve is a wedge flange gate valve made of chrome molybdenum steel material: it can be manually, pneumatically, or electrically operated, with flange connection and a rising stem wedge rigid single gate valve. The sealing surface material of the valve seat is hard alloy. Our factory's production capacity range is: pressure: 1.6MPa~16.0MPa (PN16I~PN160I); Caliber: DN15~DN1000.

1. The shell adopts two process options of forging and casting, with a smooth appearance and uniform structure, meeting the requirements of high temperature and high pressure; We can provide a full range of forged steel gate valves according to user needs;
2. Special material matching ensures high hardness and hardness difference of the sealing surface; Precision grinding, as smooth as a mirror, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, effectively extending service life;
3. Back sealing design effectively protects the sealing packing and prevents leakage and dripping;
4. Multiple tests such as high-pressure water strength, high-pressure gas strength, and non-destructive testing are conducted to comprehensively control the quality of pressure bearing components;
5. The surface of the valve stem is precision ground and hardened to resist abrasion and corrosion, effectively reducing the opening and closing torque and making operation easier;
6. Adopting a special corrosion inhibiting packing structure design, it is temperature and pressure resistant, non corrosive, automatically lubricated, reduces opening and closing friction, avoids corrosion on the surface of the valve stem, and thus eliminates external leakage;
7. Bidirectional pressure bearing seal design, meeting the demanding requirements of various special working conditions;
8. Strictly manual matching and research to ensure that the sealing surfaces on both sides have a fitting degree of over 90%, achieving bubble level factory sealing testing;
9. The Z60 series * gate plate has an elastic groove design that automatically compensates for machining errors, adapts to high temperature conditions, and avoids biting; The Z62Y series is designed with dual gate plates, which automatically correct machining errors and maintain the sealing surface fit, making it particularly convenient for users to maintain and repair on site;
10. The valve cover has a self sealing design, and the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal;
