5. The surface of the valve stem is precision ground and hardened to resist abrasion and corrosion, effectively reducing the opening and closing torque and making operation easier;
6. Adopting a special corrosion inhibiting packing structure design, it is temperature and pressure resistant, non corrosive, automatically lubricated, reduces opening and closing friction, avoids corrosion on the surface of the valve stem, and thus eliminates external leakage;
7. Bidirectional pressure bearing seal design, meeting the demanding requirements of various special working conditions;
8. Strictly manual matching and research to ensure that the sealing surfaces on both sides have a fitting degree of over 90%, achieving bubble level factory sealing testing;

The Z60 series * gate plate has an elastic groove design that automatically compensates for machining errors, adapts to high temperature conditions, and avoids biting; The Z62Y series is designed with dual gate plates, which automatically correct machining errors and maintain the sealing surface fit, making it particularly convenient for users to maintain and repair on site;
