This machine is composed of a transmission motor, a chain conveyor device, an oil tank, a scraper device, a gas pipeline, a waste removal device, and electrical components.
Product Principle
This equipment adopts the most advanced oil-water mixed frying process internationally, which changes the structure of traditional frying equipment and fundamentally solves the drawbacks of traditional frying pots. It can fry various foods simultaneously without mixing flavors, and is versatile. This process adopts a heating method from the middle of the oil layer to control the temperature of the upper and lower oil layers, effectively alleviating the oxidation degree of the frying oil, suppressing the rise of acidic media, automatically filtering residues and controlling temperature during the frying process, thereby extending the service life of the frying oil.

Product Operation
1. Clean the oil tank and conveyor belt, remove foreign objects and dirt, and wipe dry the water.
2. Close the oil discharge valve and inject oil into the oil tank to the desired position.
3. After everything is ready, turn on the power and ignite the burner.
4. Set the frying time and oil temperature, and when the oil temperature rises to the desired temperature (determined based on the fried food), add the food to be fried to the feeding end
5. After completion, close the gas valve first, and then turn off the power supply of the conveying motor.
