The scale plate is an aluminum oxide printing plate with a clear and aesthetically pleasing surface. The pointer is internally adjustable.
2、 Measurement principle:

The main component of industrial bimetallic thermometers is a multi-layer metal sheet composed of two or more metal sheets stacked together. To improve the temperature sensitivity of bimetallic thermometers, the metal sheet is usually made into a spiral coil shape. When the temperature of multi-layer metal sheets changes, the expansion or contraction of each layer of metal is uneven, causing the spiral coil to roll up or loosen. Due to one end of the spiral coil being fixed and the other end being connected to a freely rotatable pointer, when the bimetallic strip senses a temperature change, the pointer can indicate the temperature on a circular scale.

6、 Attention:
1. During storage, installation, use, and transportation, try to avoid collision with the protective tube and prohibit bending or deformation of the protective tube.

3. The instrument should operate normally within an ambient temperature range of -30 ℃ to 80 ℃.
4. The temperature at which the instrument frequently operates can be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the scale range.
5. The length of the protective tube immersed in the measured medium must be greater than the length of the temperature sensing element to ensure measurement accuracy.
6. Do not use for measuring media in open containers.
7. Pay attention to checking during use, which will take about 6 months.
