This product is suitable for sterilizing samples that have already been prepared and placed in containers of specific specifications. By heating the sterilization water to 121 ℃ (or higher), and using a transfer pump and spray ball to heat and sterilize the sample with the heated superheated water, the sterile assurance level is improved, and the SAL is ≤ 10-6, thereby achieving effective sterilization effect.
This equipment is suitable for sterilizing samples that have been prepared and are loaded into specific specifications of containers. Heating the sterilized water to 121℃ (or higher) and then spray on the sample containers for sterilization. The superheated water is sprayed by conveying pump and spray ball. This can improve the sterility assurance level and make SAL less than 10-6, so as to achieve the perfect sterilization effect.

The container for holding samples during the sterilization process is fixed in a rotatable sterilization fixture, which ensures uniform heating of the samples and thus guarantees the uniformity of sterilization. There are specific temperature monitoring points set up in the sterilization system, which can effectively monitor and correct the temperature throughout the sterilization process, output sterilization curves, and ensure sterilization effectiveness.

Using the particularly heat-resistant thermophilic Bacillus subtilis as a microbial indicator, different temperatures and times are converted to the equivalent time (minutes) for wet heat sterilization at 121 ℃ with the same sterilization efficacy. This value is F0Value.
