Description of Encoder for Parallel Interface
This type of encoder requires high accuracy and is suitable for linear displacement applications. The single cycle resolution can reach 13 bits (i.e. 8192 positions/revolution), and the multi cycle resolution can reach 14 bits (i.e. 16384 revolutions). The sturdy mechanical components and different flange types give it a wide range of applications, ensuring good working performance even under certain conditions. Cable output and plug-in output, protection level IP66, Grema and binary code output modes. The push-pull electrical output method covers almost all industrial application fields.
Description of Encoder for Serial Interface
The serial output encoder has the same form as the single loop encoder mentioned earlier. Considering the large amount of data in multi loop encoders, serial transmission is a method to reduce the line count.
The output data of this series is 25 bytes, and the resolution of the encoder selected for effective bit pain is proportional.
This transmission method effectively reduces the problem of incorrect wiring while maintaining good performance of the encoder. Similar to a single loop encoder, the number of transmission lines is 4 (a pair of data lines, a pair of clock lines - both are differential signal outputs). Diversified mechanical interfaces can meet the assembly requirements of different customers.
