Overview

Our company has introduced and produced an electronic electric double seat sleeve regulating valve. The KHTS valve core adopts an upward guide structure, with a compact valve structure and an S-shaped channel, which reduces pressure drop loss, increases flow rate, has a wide adjustable range, and high flow characteristic accuracy, in compliance with the IEC534-2 standard. The leakage rate of KHTS complies with ANSI B16.104 standard. Equipped with multiple spring film actuators and electric actuators such as PSL, 3810, 361L, etc., it has a compact structure and high output force. The product complies with GB/T4213-92.

Product features: The Tingyang brand ZRSP (N) electronic electric single (double) seat regulating valve is composed of a 3810L series electronic electric actuator and single/double seat valves. The electric actuator has a servo system inside, which does not require additional servo amplifiers. The electronic control unit is designed in the form of a box and cast with resin. The driving feedback detection uses a high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer, which is a highly reliable product with 1/250 resolution. The wiring is extremely simple, only requiring DC4~20mA or DC1~5V input signals and 220AC The operation can be controlled by a single-phase power supply. The valve core of the Mingjing regulating mechanism is top guided, and the single seat type is suitable for situations with strict leakage requirements, low pressure difference before and after the valve, and certain viscosity and fiber containing media. The double seat regulating mechanism has a small unbalanced force, allows for a large pressure difference, and has a large flow capacity waiting point, making it suitable for situations with less strict leakage requirements.
