Overview

The F series electromagnetic flowmeter consists of a sensor and a converter. It operates based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids with a conductivity greater than 5 μ S/cm. In addition to measuring the volume flow rate of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volume flow rate of strong corrosive liquids such as strong acids and alkalis, as well as homogeneous liquid-solid two-phase suspensions such as mud and slurry. It is widely used in flow calculation in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, papermaking, environmental protection, food, as well as municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields

Install

The installation direction of the sensor can be horizontal, vertical, or inclined without any restrictions. In order to ensure that the measuring tube is filled with the measured medium, when the sensor is installed vertically, the flow direction is from bottom to top; If only horizontal installation is allowed on site, try to ensure that the two electrodes are on the same horizontal plane as much as possible, and the axis of the electrodes must be approximately horizontal with an inclination of no more than 45 degrees.
