Electric temperature regulating valve (self operated temperature regulating valve) consists of components such as control valve, actuator, sensor, and capillary tube. It is divided into heating type and cooling type according to its purpose. Electric temperature control valve (suitable for larger diameters and thermal oil control), this valve only requires a regular 220V power supply and utilizes the energy of the regulated medium to directly automatically adjust and control the temperature of steam, hot water, hot oil, gas and other media. It can also be used in preventing overheating or heat exchange situations. The electric temperature control valve has a simple structure, easy operation, wide temperature adjustment range, fast response time, reliable sealing performance, and can be adjusted freely during operation. Therefore, it is widely used in hot water supply in chemical, petroleum, food, textile, hotel and restaurant sectors.
Electric temperature regulating valves are mainly suitable for temperature control of liquids, gases, and vapors in various cooling systems. When the temperature of the controlled medium increases, the control valve closes (heating type); When the temperature of the controlled medium increases, the control valve opens (cooling type). The main features are as follows:
1. High control accuracy, stable operation, safe and reliable.
2. The temperature sensitive liquid expands uniformly and is controlled by proportional adjustment.
3. The temperature setting operation is simple and easy to adjust.
4. Small in size, lightweight, and easy to install.
The electric temperature regulating valve consists of a control valve, an electric actuator, a temperature sensor, and a temperature regulator. According to user needs, there are two types of structures: heating and cooling. The structure and principle of a heating type regulating valve: Before operation, the main valve core is in a semi open position, and the sensor is in a natural state. Connect the power supply and fully open the main valve core. The medium flows into the main valve body in the direction of the arrow and heats the thermal storage tank through the valve core. When the temperature rises to the corresponding set value, the sensor generates a corresponding linear signal input to the integrated actuator, which then drives the valve stem and valve core to produce displacement, and closes the main valve core to stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the sensor generates a linear signal input to the integrated actuator, which drives the valve core to gradually open, causing the medium to flow into the heat storage tank according to parabolic characteristics and heat up until the set value. In this way, the controlled medium is always controlled within the set temperature range, thus achieving the purpose of temperature control. Note: Commonly referred to as heating type and cooling type. This can be achieved by simply replacing the valve core structure in this valve.
