Electric temperature regulating valveStructure and Principle

Before work, the main valve core is in the half open position and the sensor is in its natural state. Connect the power supply and fully open the main valve core. The medium flows into the main valve body in the direction of the arrow and heats the thermal storage tank through the valve core. When the temperature rises to the corresponding set value, the sensor generates a corresponding linear signal input to the integrated intelligent actuator, which then drives the valve stem and valve core to produce displacement, and closes the main valve core to stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the sensor generates a linear signal input to the actuator, which drives the valve core to gradually open, causing the medium to flow into the heat storage tank according to a parabolic characteristic and heat up to the set value. In this way, the controlled medium is always controlled within the set temperature range, thus achieving the purpose of temperature control.
