Electric furnace residual carbon analyzer

The DLYS-166 electric furnace residual carbon analyzer is designed and manufactured according to SH/T0170 "Petroleum Product Residual Carbon Determination Method (Electric Furnace Method)". Suitable for heating and evaporating samples of lubricating oil, heavy liquid fuel, or other petroleum products using an electric furnace under specified test conditions, and determining the mass percentage of coke black residue (residual carbon) formed after combustion.

Performance characteristics: It consists of two main parts: the heating furnace body and the control box. The heating furnace body is mainly composed of parts such as heater, crucible, steel bath, lid, thermocouple, etc. The digital display temperature system controls the temperature of the metal constant temperature bath, with good temperature control effect and intuitive display.
