1、 Instrument Overview:
Electric contact remote transmission bimetallic thermometerIt is composed of bimetallic sheets wound into a circular curved shape. When one end expands due to heat, it drives the pointer to rotate, and the working instrument displays the corresponding temperature value, while preventing environmental vibration. The bimetallic thermometer is filled with silicone oil or separated from the measuring part to achieve shock resistance. Electric contact bimetallic thermometers are divided into two types: integrated seismic resistant electric contact bimetallic thermometers and separated seismic resistant electric contact bimetallic thermometers.
2、 Measurement principle:
Electric contact remote transmission bimetallic thermometerEquipped with electrical contact devices, namely mechanical electrical contacts. When the temperature of the measured medium changes, the thin shaft and steering transmission mechanism on the free end drive the pointer and moving contact to rotate, indicating the temperature change value on the dial. When it contacts or disconnects from the fixed contact (upper and lower limit fixed contact), the relay and contactor in the circuit system are activated to achieve automatic control and alarm purposes.

The bimetallic thermometer is a kind of detection instrument commonly used in occasions where the temperature on the production site is not very high. It can directly measure the temperature of gas and steam. The measured temperature is generally in the range of minus 80 ℃ -500 ℃. 6、 Attention:
1. During storage, installation, use, and transportation, try to avoid collision with the protective tube and prohibit bending or deformation of the protective tube.
2. During installation, it is strictly prohibited to twist the instrument housing.
3. The instrument should operate normally within an ambient temperature range of -30 ℃ to 80 ℃.
4. The temperature at which the instrument frequently operates can be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the scale range.
5. The length of the protective tube immersed in the measured medium must be greater than the length of the temperature sensing element to ensure measurement accuracy.
6. Do not use for measuring media in open containers.
7. Pay attention to checking during use, which will take about 6 months.
