The cyclone spray tower equipment is designed based on the principles of fluid mechanics technology. Through precise physical calculations, the tangential force of the cyclone device is designed to obtain energy from the centrifugal force. Under the traction force of the fan, the dusty gas enters the high-pressure centrifugal cyclone device in a tangential direction. During high-speed dynamic operation of the dusty gas, the centrifugal force of the cyclone device causes the liquid and the dusty gas to fully dissolve and adsorb each other, and the cyclone energy is attenuated through circular motion to achieve dust removal.
working principle
During production operations, smoke and exhaust gases enter the high-speed mixed flow guide device under the traction force of the fan. The smoke and exhaust gases undergo gas-liquid emulsification reaction under the action of centrifugal force. In the high-speed rotating state of the mixed flow liquid, the smoke and exhaust gases are fully mixed and absorbed with the rotating liquid, increasing the density of smoke and dust. The centrifugal force designed by the cyclone device is used to achieve gas-liquid separation. The separated gas enters the adsorption layer of the environmentally friendly packing material, and the corresponding solvent sprayed by the spiral nozzle is evenly distributed on the packing material. Due to the reasonable design of the packing material, the smoke and exhaust gases soak in the packing material for a long time. The waste gas and reaction liquid have sufficient gas-liquid solubility reaction time on the surface of the dedicated environmentally friendly packing material, thus achieving the goal of standard emission.
