Product Details

1、 Product Introduction
Sephadex gel G-50 is a classic gel filter filler. G-50 has medium crosslinking degree, is porous and hydrophilic, and is suitable for the separation and purification of biomolecules.
2、 Product application
Commonly used for buffer replacement, desalination, and removal of small molecule substances in biological samples such as viruses, proteins, polysaccharides, and nucleic acids. It can also be used for the separation and purification of peptides, oligonucleotides, biosynthetic drugs, chemically synthesized drugs, and natural products. Suitable for large-scale separation that requires high flow rates and low operating pressures.
3、 Physical and chemical performance indicators
