Dextran gel G-10

1、 Product Introduction

Sephadex gel G-10 is a kind of gel filter filler with good performance. Because G-10 has the cross-linking degree of G series gel, has the characteristics of small pore size and hydrophilicity, it is suitable for the separation and purification of biomolecules, mainly used for desalination of peptides and biomolecules with molecular weight>700 and replacement of buffer solution.

1. It can achieve one-step rapid desalination of samples;
2. Suitable for buffer replacement and purification of biological samples, such as short peptides, small molecule proteins, and oligosaccharides with a molecular weight greater than 700;
3. It can efficiently remove pollutants such as salts, dyes, markers, etc. from the sample and transfer the sample to a new buffer solution.
