Deublin rotary joint from Tianjin, USA*
The newly designed product by Dublin Company can operate under conditions of no pressure (seal detachment) and the presence of air pressure in the cooling pipeline. The 1139 connector is a newly designed product by Deublin Dubulin company, which can operate under conditions of no pressure (seal detachment) and the presence of air pressure in the cooling pipeline.
The rotary joint is called a "pressure joint". This name comes from the pressure sealing principle used to obtain a sealed contact. On the surface, this theory is correct. After all, logically speaking, it can be assumed that as the pressure increases, the pressure required to maintain sealing contact also increases, that is, the higher the pressure, the tighter the bond and the better the seal. However, as the pressure on the rotating seal surface increases, it will also generate greater friction, greater torque, and faster wear. That's why Dublin is developing a "balanced seal". Simply put, without considering the pressure factor of the medium, the load or pressure loaded on the sealing surface is kept at a low limit, thereby developing joints that can rotate more freely and have a longer sealing life. The floating seal loaded by a spring is fixed by a key, which prevents the seal from rotating or wriggling. It is precisely this rotation or wriggling that causes premature damage to the O-ring or PTFE wedge, leading to leakage in the joint. For low-speed and high-temperature applications that do not require the use of ball bearings and balanced seals, we can also provide a full range of pressure fittings.
The DEUBLIN rotary joint products in the United States include:
Gas, hydraulic, coolant joint series;
Water connector series; Steam, hot oil joint series;
Conductive Slip Rings
Shaft connection joint;
Multi channel connector series.
Rotary joints are widely used in industries such as papermaking, chemical engineering, metallurgy, steel, printing, rubber, pharmaceuticals, food, and machinery. Up to over 5000 types.
steel industry
Application scenarios of Deublin rotary joints: cold rolling mills, hot rolling mills, hot rolling mills, steel mills, etc. World metallurgical equipment manufacturers such as Germany, Austria, Japan, Italy, etc. almost 100% use steel rotary joints from the American Deublin company and guarantee a 2-year service life, truly achieving a win-win situation for customers and suppliers.
In today's high-speed processing of certain steel materials that have undergone special heat treatment, the cutting edge of tungsten carbide cutting tools may become "overheated", and the use of conventional coolant can cause thermal shock (rapid cooling and rapid heating) due to its high corrosiveness. Therefore, micro air cooling is used as an alternative method. In this case, the joint usually does not receive sufficient lubrication, resulting in wear of the sealing surface and shortened service life. The specially designed 1139 type joint is used for the above processing conditions. Its sealing surface can not only automatically "detach" without cooling pressure, but also maintain a gap of 2 microns in the presence of air pressure, and only close again when the coolant is restored. Due to the seal never coming into contact, 1139 can still operate even in the absence of coolant or gas pressure.
