Introduction to the principle of sewage treatment equipment in dental hospitals
MBR equipment integrates hypoxia, ultrafiltration membrane filtration, and control room, overcoming the disadvantages of traditional treatment processes such as lengthy processes, large footprint, and complex operation and management. ① Denitrification in anoxic tank
Denitrifying bacteria reduce nitrate under anaerobic conditions, releasing molecular nitrogen (N2) or nitrous oxide (N2O) to achieve denitrification. The sludge in the membrane filter returns to the denitrification tank for denitrification, while strengthening the contact between sewage and sludge.
② MBR membrane bioreactor zone (aerobic)
The treated wastewater is subjected to immersion ultrafiltration, and the ultrafiltration produced water enters the adsorption and phosphorus removal zone. The ultrafiltration membrane has a pore size of 0.001-0.1um and is made of PVDF. An aeration pipeline is installed below the immersion ultrafiltration component to ensure the high concentration of dissolved oxygen required by aerobic bacteria in the water. The membrane surface is cleaned in real time to ensure the stability of membrane flux; At the same time, the high concentration sludge in the submerged ultrafiltration tank flows back through the sludge return pipeline and enters the denitrification tank to reduce the sludge concentration in the membrane tank.
MBR equipment has replaced the traditional secondary sedimentation tank in the process, which can efficiently separate solid and liquid to obtain stable effluent, while maintaining a high concentration of microorganisms in the biological tank. The process has less residual sludge and effectively removes ammonia nitrogen. The suspended solids and turbidity in the effluent are close to zero, and bacteria and viruses in the effluent are greatly removed, resulting in good effluent quality.
