Working principle of DZ47S-125:
When in use, a control voltage is applied to the signal control release of the circuit breaker through the signal input port, that is, the signal voltage (which can be provided by the remote control circuit). Then, the circuit breaker handle is pushed to the closed position, and the operating mechanism drives the moving contact to move towards the stationary contact and make reliable contact with it. At this time, the circuit is connected. When an overload fault occurs in the circuit, the overload current causes the bimetallic element to bend, the overload release to actuate, and the locking mechanism to actuate, thereby achieving the disconnection of the circuit. When a short circuit fault occurs in the circuit, the short-circuit current causes the instantaneous release to operate, pushing the locking mechanism to operate and achieve the breaking function. When it is necessary to immediately cut off the line due to certain needs, the control voltage can be disconnected through the remote control system. At this time, the signal voltage detection circuit receives the signal and outputs a voltage signal to the trip coil, which drives the locking mechanism to operate and achieve the disconnection function.
