1、 Characteristics and Applications
The DWT series low-noise roof ventilation fan system adopts CAD simulation optimization design, and the "Spark" scientific research product developed through large-scale experiments has the advantages of "high efficiency, low noise, smooth operation, beautiful appearance, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, etc." It is widely used in the power generation, chemical industry, rubber, pharmaceutical, food processing, metallurgy and other industries, as well as in the supply and exhaust of high-end civil buildings. According to different usage environments and conveying media, the hood and duct can be made of steel plate or fiberglass, and the impeller can be made of materials such as aluminum alloy, steel plate, fiberglass, engineering plastics, etc. According to the structure, there are three types: DWT-I type can be used for exhaust and supply in medium and low pressure, high flow occasions; DWT-II type is a centrifugal roof fan that can be used for exhaust in high-pressure applications; DWT-III type is a centrifugal axial roof fan, which can be used for special occasions where special gases are emitted. For example, it can be used for kitchen oil fume exhaust and can be equipped with an oil collection tank. With its special design driven by the outer shell and centrifugal impeller, and axial airflow in and out, it can effectively remove impurities; DWT-IV type is a motorless roof turbine exhaust fan, which does not require electricity, has no noise, is small in size, light in weight, has high exhaust efficiency, and is easy to install.
