DVMC 200-VSeries Five Axis Machining Center

It has five axis control linkage processing capability. The machine body is designed to use a rotating spindle and a rotating workbench suitable for multi-faceted processing. It has five X/Y/Z/A/C Congee, and is equipped with powerful functions of Siemens or Heidenhain five axis CNC system. It is suitable for complex surface processing and is widely used in precision machining fields such as mathematics, aviation, and petroleum. The machine tool structure adopts digital prototype design, which eliminates structural design defects as much as possible in the design. The important structures of the machine tool have undergone finite element analysis and optimized design. The mineral casting of the bed base has excellent strength and seismic resistance, which improves the stability of the machine tool. The casting material of the bed moving parts adopts high-quality cast iron HT300, and the high rigidity and lightweight structural design has excellent strength and rigidity, which significantly improves the overall dynamic performance of the casting.

Standard equipped with HSK30-24000rpm built-in spindle. High speed and high-precision spindle is a powerful tool for high-speed machining, with low vibration, high cutting rate, low inertia, and fast response speed. It is used for machining high-speed five axis curved surfaces. The front end of the spindle adopts a multiple sealing structure, effectively reducing the intrusion of cutting fluid, oil and gas, and debris into the interior of the spindle, and improving the reliability of the spindle.

After more than 20 years of application verification, the dynamic column structure of DVL200 adopts a mobile column when turning larger workpieces, which greatly reduces the generation of vibration during shaft movement and can maintain excellent accuracy.
