Machine Tool Introduction
The DHL series high-speed and powerful cutting CNC horizontal inclined bed lathe is a highly efficient, high-precision, and highly reliable machine tool with horizontal capabilities. It fully adopts today's mature technology, with a twelve station power turret and servo electric spindle, and has high reliability and fast tool changing and repeat positioning accuracy. The tailstock is an integral moving structure. The tailstock guide rail adopts heavy load line rail from Taiwan, China, China. The movement is hydraulically driven, which can realize numerical control program control, and improve the supporting precision and rigidity of the tailstock to the workpiece. The displacement precision of the tailstock is higher than that of the traditional sleeve tailstock.
Machine Tool Highlights
High speed, high-precision, and high rigidity servo electric spindle can withstand radial and axial loads for cutting and long-term cutting, while maintaining machining accuracy. The overall bed body has a large load-bearing cross-section, which gives the machine tool high rigidity and shock absorption, ensuring high-precision cutting. The castings undergo three aging treatments and special materials (professional technology) are filled in key areas to reduce thermal deformation and improve seismic resistance of the machine tool.

Pre tightened and double fixed ball screw
All shafts are driven by large-diameter, high-precision double nut ball screws. The dual fixed design provides excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability, with almost no thermal deformation.
Roller guide rail
The roller guide rail has better rigidity due to the increased contact surface with the guide rail. Therefore, the accuracy and repeatability have been significantly improved.
bed
The 35 degree inclined bed design adopts a reinforced rib structure combining triangle and tube, ensuring that the bed has higher rigidity. Due to its excellent vibration absorption performance, it can easily achieve high-power cutting while maintaining high precision.
BMT turret
The new generation BMT turret is fixed with 4 screws per tool, greatly improving tool performance and rigidity. By coordinating with various power cutting tools, the intensive machining characteristics of turning, milling, drilling, and tapping can be achieved, significantly improving the range of applicable parts machining.
