Cylindrical hood

Overview: The cylindrical hood is suitable for natural ventilation systems and not for mechanical ventilation systems. The local resistance coefficient of the cylindrical wind cap used for exhaust is Zeta=1.2 when there is wind and Zeta=0.61 when there is no wind. Our factory produces two types of cylindrical wind caps: fiberglass and steel, which meet the specifications of T611.

There are two ways to discharge boiler air caps: continuous discharge and periodic discharge.
(1) Continuous discharge is also known as continuous discharge. It is a continuous discharge of boiler water from the steam drum. The purpose of this discharge is mainly to prevent the salt (or silicon) content in the boiler water from being too high, and it can also remove fine suspended water slag in the boiler water. (2) Regular discharge is also known as scheduled discharge. This sewage discharge method is regularly discharged from the boiler hood water circulation systemDischarge a portion of the boiler water at a point (such as from the lower header of the water-cooled wall). The main purpose of regular sewage discharge is to remove water debris.
Regularly discharge pollutants for a short period of time, usually controlled within 0.5 to 1 minute. Long discharge time or excessive operation can greatly affect the safety of boiler hood water circulation.
Regular discharge can also be used as a measure to rapidly reduce the salt content of boiler hood water, in order to supplement the deficiency of continuous discharge. During the initial operation of newly installed boiler air caps or during the start-up period of old boiler air caps, it is often necessary to strengthen regular drainage to remove impurities such as rust and other water slag from the boiler air cap water.
