Overview

Brief description: Corning's microchannel continuous flow research and production microreactor module and G1 carbon silicon reactor module can be flexibly assembled and combined. The combined reactor retains the "visibility" and "photochemical reaction" characteristics of the glass reaction module, and the carbon silicon reaction module can be used for reaction quenching and strong corrosion steps.

Product Details

CorningG1 Carbon Silicon Ceramic ReactorThe G1SiC microchannel reactor has a wide range of chemical corrosion resistance properties, including the ability to handle HF and strong alkaline systems at high temperatures.

The G1 carbon silicon ceramic reactor further enhances the mass transfer and heat transfer performance of the Corning reactor, and can be flexibly combined with the Corning G1 glass reaction module according to customer requirements, further expanding the functionality of the Corning G1 reactor.

Reactor components

The Corning G1 carbon silicon reactor consists of carbon silicon reactor modules, aluminum alloy heat exchange modules, PFA pipelines, and perfluororubber gaskets.

Product Features

Flow rate range: 30 to 200 milliliters per minute

The internal liquid holding volume of a single module is about 10 milliliters

Reaction pathway without metal contact

High flexibility

Corning G1 reactor process to G4 reactor scale production amplification effect

Can provide ultra-high heat transfer performance

advantage

Wide range of chemical corrosion resistance - including the ability to handle HF and strong alkaline systems at high temperatures (up to 200 ℃)

The G1 glass reactor module and G1 carbon silicon reactor module can be flexibly assembled and combined. The combined reactor retains the "visibility" and "photochemical reaction" characteristics of the glass reaction module, and the carbon silicon reaction module can be used for reaction quenching and strong corrosion steps (such as strong alkali neutralization)
