Corning's high-throughput microchannel glass/photochemical reactor (G3) is suitable for large-scale chemical continuous production and has the following characteristics:

1. Annual fluid flux up to 1000 cubic meters (tons);

2. Flexibly combine reaction modules according to process requirements;

3. Transparent glass is suitable for photochemical reactions;

4. The reaction pipeline has no metal contact and has high-quality corrosion resistance;

5. Reactor design with strong mass and heat transfer efficiency;

6. Temperature range: -25 ℃ to 200 ℃, able to withstand pressure: 18 kilograms;

7. It can be equivalently scaled up from G1 reactor to G3 reactor;
