Widely used for engine and diesel engine emissions of particulate matter, low concentration particulate matter constant temperature and humidity weighing, environmental chamber is a high-precision balance placed in a high-precision constant temperature and humidity system, the weighed sample is placed in the system, balanced for a certain period of time, and then manually weighed. This system overcomes the impact of temperature and humidity changes in the laboratory environment on weighing results and improves the accuracy of weighing.

The box is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and novel shape, and adopts non reactive handles for easy operation. The inner shell of the box is made of stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel or 304 chlorine arc welding, and the outer shell of the box is made of carbon galvanized steel plate, treated with phosphating electrostatic spraying.
The compressor is separated from the casing to avoid interference from the vibration of the constant temperature system on the balance.
There is a shock-absorbing platform inside the box, and there is a PVC anti-static board on the shock-absorbing platform
Controller
Adopting a touch screen temperature and humidity controller, the temperature and humidity control are accurate and reliable.
The large observation window is equipped with lighting to keep the inside of the box bright, and double-layer glass is used to clearly observe the situation inside the box at all times.
Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, it automatically shuts off when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring that no accidents occur during experimental operation.
Equipped with RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface, it can be programmed on a computer to monitor the testing process and perform functions such as automatic power on/off, curve printing, and data processing.
A test hole with a diameter of 50mm is provided on the left side of the box.
