1、 Product Introduction:

2.Grille cleaning machine/mechanical grilleThe standard groove depth of the equipment is 1535mm, which can be extended according to user needs and actual usage conditions. Note: The rotary grid cleaning machine is installed by lifting the entire machine, and no other support is required on both sides of the collection well. As long as two 200 × 250 × 12mm steel plates are pre embedded on the ground, the supporting steel plates on both sides of the rack can be welded together during installation.

4、 Working principle:

The rotary grid cleaning machine is assembled into a set of rotary grid chains by a rake tooth factory. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates in the opposite direction of water flow. When the rake chain is moved to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth, and the vast majority of solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to clean up the debris stuck to the rake teeth. According to the direction of water flow, the rake chain is similar to a grille, and the clearance between the rake teeth assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate solid suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure smooth flow of water. The entire work process can be continuous or intermittent.

As long as two 200 × 250 × 12mm steel plates are pre embedded on the ground, the supporting steel plates on both sides of the rack can be welded together during installation.
