Brake hose ozone aging tester $r $n Product purpose: It can be used for brake hose products under static tension or continuous dynamic tension deformation, or under intermittent dynamic tension and alternating static tension deformation, exposed to sealed and unlit air containing constant ozone concentration and a constant temperature test chamber. The test sample is tested at a predetermined time to evaluate the ozone aging resistance of rubber from the degree of cracking or other performance changes that occur on the surface of the sample.

Brake hose ozone aging tester

1、 Product use: It can be used for brake hose products to undergo static or continuous dynamic stretching deformation, or to undergo intermittent dynamic stretching and static stretching alternating deformation, exposed to a sealed and unlit air containing a constant ozone concentration and a constant temperature test chamber. The test samples are tested at predetermined times to evaluate the ozone aging resistance of rubber based on the degree of cracking or other performance changes that occur on the surface of the samples.

3、 Test method

Static tensile test
The standard stipulates that the two ends of the sample should be clamped on a fixture, and a tensile elongation of 20% should be selected. The fixture should be installed on a rotating sample holder with a rotation speed between (20-25) mm/S. The test should be conducted at a temperature of (40 ± 2) ℃, a relative humidity of no more than 65%, and a specified ozone concentration. Check the cracking condition of the sample after the specified time. The general selection of ozone concentration is (50 ± 5) × 10-8.

Dynamic tensile test:
The standard stipulates that the sample fixture can automatically stretch and reset the sample, with a stretching frequency of 0.5 ± 0.025Hz. The two ends of the sample are clamped on the fixture, and the sample is cyclically stretched from 0 to the maximum elongation. The fixture is installed on a rotating sample holder, with a rotation speed of (20-25) mm/S. At a temperature of (40 ± 2) ℃, a relative humidity of not more than 65%, and a specified ozone concentration, the fixture is cyclically stretched and reset and rotated with the sample holder for testing. After the prescribed time, check the cracking condition of the sample, and generally select an ozone concentration of (50 ± 5) × 10-8;

Linear motion test:
1. According to Q/ZTB02.013-2010, place the sample in an environment with an ozone concentration of 100pphm and a temperature of 40 ℃ for 48 hours;
2. Drive with a reduction motor, install an eccentric wheel and guide rail device, with adjustable stroke;
3. Perform a linear motion test on a 218mm brake hose in an ozone chamber. During the motion, the bending frequency of the hose is 0.3HZ (adjustable), and the stroke is 76.2mm (adjustable). The speed of the deceleration motor can be adjusted, and the motion stroke of the fixture can be adjusted;
4. The device is made of stainless steel material for processing;
5. The device is a set of independent parts, installed in the box for use, and can also be easily disassembled and taken out as a whole;


4、 Ozone system:
1. The main component of the ozone generator is a silent discharge tube ozone generator (with the characteristics of small noise volume and high purity) with an output control accuracy of ± 10% for 4-20mA

5、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. This device must be used in an environment below 30 ℃;
2. Ventilation fans should be installed in the laboratory to maintain indoor ventilation;
3. Clean the dust on the condenser every two months;
4. The evaporator inside the box needs regular maintenance;
5. Carefully check the oil mirror of the refrigeration unit and the pressure gauge of the compressor before each operation;
6. Before starting the compressor, check whether the suction and exhaust shut-off valves and the valves that should be opened in the system are in the correct position, and whether the power supply voltage and ambient temperature are within the specified range;
7. During the operation of the compressor, the suction and exhaust pressures should not exceed the range of use. Listen to the sound of the compressor's operation, and there should be no knocking sound on other components except for the clear rising and falling sound of the inlet and exhaust valve plates;
8. If leakage is found during the operation of the compressor, it should be dealt with in a timely manner;
9. After the experiment is completed, cut off the power supply of the whole machine;
10. After each experiment, the sample should be taken out and the inner container of the equipment should be cleaned thoroughly;
