Bouncing sieve is a method of screening materials into the top and bottom areas of the sieve plate based on their shape and characteristics. This device is capable of separating various materials such as plastic bags, plastic bottles, etc. from cardboard, paper, and film. Bouncing screens use the gradability of each material to separate it from other materials. This device is excellent at separating light substances (such as films) and rolling materials (such as bottles, cans, etc.). The material with a 3D shape bounces from the baffle of the device to the bottom of the sieve plate. Materials with 2D shapes, such as film and paper, climb to the top of the sieve plate at different speeds.
