Boiler return fanIt's something for circulating fluidized bed boilers that enhances sulfurization. Some fluidized bed boilers do not have a return blower, while others use primary air instead. The reverse air is added to the return valve below the cyclone separator, but this is usually supplied by a Roots blower.

The function of the return fan:

The return air is the driving force for the high-temperature materials separated by the circulating ash cyclone separator to return to the furnace. It plays a role in loosening and fluidization of the circulating materials in the J valve areas below the ash falling side and the return inclined leg side of the separator corresponding to the self balancing return device.

The return fan has the following characteristics:

1. The fan casting is made of resin sand precision casting. The casting quality is excellent and the performance is stable.

2. The composite profile used for the impeller is machined by precision CNC machine tools. After the impeller is assembled, the clearance is uniform, and the volumetric efficiency is greatly improved.

3. The structural design scheme of adopting irregular inlet and outlet ports, internal reflux, etc. has slowed down the impact of high-pressure gas reflux and effectively reduced the noise of the fan.

4. Both the main and auxiliary oil tanks use splash lubrication, making the lubrication of gears and bearings safer and more reliable.

5. The bearings are made of Japanese Seiko NSK products, and the belts are imported from Gates Corporation in the United States.

6. The gears are produced by Zhuzhou Gear Factory at a designated location, with a precision of GB/T10095 level 5 (two precision levels higher than the national standard level 7). The tooth surface and taper hole are carburized and quenched, and the hardness reaches HRC56-62.

7. The sealing structure has been optimized and designed to ensure that the transported gas is free of oil stains. It is precisely because of the above performance characteristics that the fan runs smoothly without vibration, and its quality is safer and more reliable.
