The QJB submersible mixer can be divided into two series: mixing and low-speed push flow.

The installation system is generally a bridge type installation, which requires rear support. Another installation method is similar to a mixer, which is a wall type installation. Installation steps and precautions for low-speed thruster
1. Assembly of blades
Attention to low-speed flow mixer:
Before installing the system on the mixer, select the angle adjustment plate according to the working conditions.
Ensure that the two blades are installed at the same angle.
Step 1: Loosen the screw (3) (m16 × 80 left thread) on the upper end cover (2) of the wheel hub (1), and remove the end cover;
Step 2: Insert a blade into the hole of the hub from above, with the groove of the impeller shaft facing outward. Use the selected angle adjustment plate (4) to place it into the groove of the impeller shaft, and connect it to the hub with two screws. Use an Allen wrench to tighten the left screw (5) first, and then tighten the right screw (6).
To facilitate the installation of the second blade, rotate the hub 180 degrees and then install the second blade using the above method.
Step 3: Cover the end cap and screw in the two toothed washers and m16 × 80 left threaded screw.
