Operating procedures for backwashing of filter tank

The backwashing of the filter tank is divided into three stages: separate air flushing, air water flushing, and water rinsing. The operation process is as follows:

Stage: Individual air shock

1. Operation steps:

(1) Close the "filter outlet valve" and "filter inlet gate".

(2) Open the "filter backwash inlet valve" and "filter backwash discharge valve".

(3) After fully opening the valves that should be opened and fully closing the valves that should be closed, turn on the "backwash fan" to perform air flushing on the filter tank. After running for about 3-5 minutes, enter the next stage of air water flushing.

2. Attention:

(1) Before backwashing, fully open all manual valves in the backwash pipeline.

(2) The backwash fan is one for use and one for backup. Only one fan can be started during backwash, and two fans cannot be started.

(3) Before starting the backwash fan, it is necessary to ensure that the water level in the filter tank is below the interception cover plate. The backwash fan should not be started when the water level is above the interception cover plate or when it is full.

(4) You need to open the valve in front of the backwash fan first, otherwise it will damage the backwash fan or pipeline.
