This affinity column is suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection of aflatoxin M1 in fresh milk, cow's milk, powdered milk, fermented milk, cheese, cream and other samples before sample preparation. Product Details
Aflatoxin is a secondary metabolite produced by fungi such as Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus. It is classified as a Class 1 carcinogen by the World Health Organization's cancer research agency and is also a highly toxic substance widely present in various foods.
