Instrument principle:
The X-ray emitted by the X-ray tube is irradiated onto the surface of the sample through a collimator, and the sample excites and radiates characteristic X-rays of the elements contained in it. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the elements contained in the sample is performed based on the energy and intensity of the characteristic X-rays.
Scope of elemental analysis:
It can detect all elements between Si (14) and U (92), with a low detection limit of ≤ 1ppm (mg/kg level).
