The volume of the temperature measuring element is reduced by 30 and 60 times compared to traditional steam and gas pressure thermometers, respectively. The platinum or copper thermistor temperature measuring element is creatively installed inside the temperature measuring element to achieve the temperature measurement function of mechatronics integration. A multifunctional and serialized temperature instrument has been developed, which is based on liquid pressure temperature measuring instruments and includes remote transmission, explosion-proof, shockproof, anti-corrosion, electrical connectors, and temperature signal transmission.

2、 Measurement principle:
135 ° directional bimetallic thermometerIt works by utilizing the principle that two different metals expand differently when the temperature changes. The main component of industrial bimetallic thermometers is a multi-layer metal sheet composed of two or more metal sheets stacked together. To improve the temperature sensitivity of bimetallic thermometers, the metal sheet is usually made into a spiral coil shape. When the temperature of multi-layer metal sheets changes, the expansion or contraction of each layer of metal is uneven, causing the spiral coil to roll up or loosen. Due to one end of the spiral coil being fixed and the other end being connected to a freely rotatable pointer, when the bimetallic strip senses a temperature change, the pointer can indicate the temperature on a circular scale.

Bimetallic thermometers can directly measure the temperature of liquid, vapor, and gas media within the range of -80 ℃ to+500 ℃ in various production processes. 3. The instrument should operate normally within an ambient temperature range of -30 ℃ to 80 ℃.
4. The temperature at which the instrument frequently operates can be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the scale range.
5. The length of the protective tube immersed in the measured medium must be greater than the length of the temperature sensing element to ensure measurement accuracy.
6. Do not use for measuring media in open containers.
7. Pay attention to checking during use, which will take about 6 months.
