Purpose: Mainly used for low pollution, non pollution, reduction, non oxidation sintering treatment of some small components in atmosphere and vacuum environment.

2.1. The shell is welded with folded steel plates, and the surface is sprayed with plastic, which is exquisite and beautiful, corrosion-resistant and durable. The inner and outer double shell structure is reinforced with steel, air insulated, and has a front or upper opening structure, making it easy to operate and use.

2.2. The overall furnace is made of imported ceramic fiber board, and silicon carbon rods are heated on the bottom, sides, and top of the furnace for fast heating speed. The furnace temperature is relatively uniform.

2.3. Equipped with 310S heat-resistant stainless steel welding furnace liner, flange sealing, and water-cooled structure at the furnace mouth and door

2.4. The flange is equipped with joints and manual valves, which can provide protective atmosphere, vacuum pumping, and water cooling.

2.5. Equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge and flow meter, used for testing the pressure, vacuum degree, and atmosphere flow inside the furnace chamber.

2.6 Two K-type thermocouples, one to test the temperature inside the furnace and the other to test the temperature inside the stainless steel furnace.

2.7. The furnace body and control part are connected for control, and the instrument adopts PID+intelligent program with programming, which can set the temperature and has automatic temperature control.
