The 5000L reaction kettle produced by our company for a pharmaceutical company in Hunan has been successfully completed and shipped out recently

Our company has successfully completed the production of a 5000L reaction kettle for a pharmaceutical company in Hunan. Led by Manager Li from our technical department, the customer visited the workshop and listened in detail to our production process and procedures. The on-site testing of various indicators passed once and received unanimous recognition and praise from the customer and peer experts.

Our company continuously adopts technological updates to ensure the stability of our products. We have more than 20 new technological achievements, and the design of the stainless steel reaction kettle strictly complies with various technical standards. The design pressure inside the kettle is 6.0MP and the design temperature is 200 ℃. We use jacket steam heating with a design pressure of 1.0MPA and a design temperature of 200 ℃. The jacket material is Q345R and the specification is DN1800 * 12. The reaction kettle is a closed manhole structure with a cooling coil inside and a heat exchange area of 8 ㎡. The bottom discharge port of the kettle is equipped with blind plates, and each pipe flange is matched. With a rigorous work attitude and excellent product quality, we have won recognition and praise from customers.

The product passed all customer inspections on September 20th and was successfully shipped.
