Swiss supercar signs agreement to acquire Isoronic, further expanding its automation product portfolio

Recently, Swiss company Baichao has reached an acquisition agreement with Swiss automation technology company Isoronic AG. Isoronic focuses on the development of high-speed robot sorting systems and software in the field of sheet metal processing. After the acquisition is completed, Isoronic will continue to operate independently under its original brand.
