On May 29th, Ms. Isabel Grieshaber, Global President of VEGA, Mr. Hong Jun, General Manager of VEGA China, and all employees, partners, and guests of the company gathered together to witness the official opening of the new headquarters and intelligent manufacturing factory of WEG China located in Jiaxing Economic and Technological Development Zone.
This is another important milestone in VEGA's development strategy in China. From now on, welcoming VEGA China will be another brand new journey.
Years of preparation to build a brand new home
From factory site selection to design blueprints, from construction to production line configuration - after years of preparation, the new headquarters and intelligent manufacturing factory of Weige China have now transformed into a modern production base integrating production, warehousing, office and other functions.
New headquarters office area
The new headquarters will not only be the cradle of advanced measurement products for VEGA, but also provide a public space for nearly 180 VEGA employees in China to cooperate, assist and communicate with each other. Employees from various departments will be concentrated in the "new home" to create more value for customers through closer collaboration.

Weige China's new headquarters and intelligent manufacturing factory cover an area of 25.9 acres, with a total investment of 40 million US dollars, designed to produce precision products annually

Mr. Wang Jianhua, the Operations Director, introduced that the factory is equipped with ground source heat pump systems, rainwater recovery systems, and rooftop photovoltaic power generation systems. The building envelope systems such as exterior walls, windows, and roofs are all made of high insulation materials, which can effectively reduce energy consumption, carbon emissions, and save resources, and implement VEGA's sustainable development goals.
