Recently, Xunke Company has completed the delivery of PCR (post consumer recycled plastic) environmentally friendly material products to a certain automotive parts enterprise, marking a substantial breakthrough in the high-value application of the company's PCR materials in the automotive supply chain system.
Given the extremely strict requirements of the automotive industry for material performance stability, mechanical strength, and processing adaptability, the company's South China Division conducted in-depth research on customer needs and established a high value-added technology path for blending modified recycled and transition materials based on regional resource advantages. Subsequently, multiple rounds of formula debugging and process optimization were carried out together with the processing party, and the scientific ratio of "PCR regenerated material+industrial transition material+modified additives" was finally determined, successfully producing high-performance regenerated products with three core advantages of fluidity, strength, and modulus. The performance indicators of this product meet the standards of the automotive industry and can be widely used in multiple automotive components. After the product delivery, the customer provided positive feedback on the processing adaptability and production stability of the materials, and further expressed their intention to deepen cooperation.
