In May, the LSP (H) -800 double-layer HDPE extrusion production line successfully completed acceptance inspection. This production line integrates precise measurement, high-yield extrusion, and efficient color changing. High yield, energy-saving, stable output
The production line is equipped with the LSS-H series high-yield single screw extruder, which uses a 40 aspect ratio screw and a spiral structure barrel and liner to ensure stable and even melt during high-speed extrusion. The main engine is matched with a permanent magnet servo drive system, with a production capacity of 1500kg/h and a unit energy consumption as low as about 0.20kWh/kg, balancing high yield and energy-saving performance. The integrated gravity measurement system achieves online precise meter weight control, ensuring stable and controllable quality in the production process.
Multi layer extrusion, efficient color change, flexible production
The production line is equipped with Ø 350 Ø 800mm multi-layer co extrusion die heads, and the patented flow channel design can accurately control the thickness of each layer, significantly reducing the outer layer color change time and minimizing the loss of transition materials during color change. The die head exhaust cooling system effectively improves the cooling efficiency of the inner wall of the pipe, optimizes the cooling length of the entire line, and enhances the cooling effect of the product.
Intelligent interconnection, transparent management
The entire line is equipped with a real-time data acquisition and analysis system from metering, extrusion, to weighing and flipping, with reserved TCP/IP interfaces and optional IoT systems to achieve transparent management of equipment operation status, providing reliable support for production decision-making, remote operation and maintenance, and efficiency optimization.
