Recently, the bidding results for the 2018 instrument and equipment procurement project of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine were announced. The project is divided into 30 packages, with 676 related instruments from 125 instrument manufacturers shortlisted, involving an amount of over 200 million yuan.
It is reported that the centralized procurement of instruments by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine began in 2006, with an annual centralized bidding and procurement process, resulting in agreement suppliers for the year, namely shortlisted products. During the validity period of that year, all units under the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine must select instruments within the scope of the agreed suppliers, and the purchase price shall not exceed the agreed bid price.
Compared with previous years, Eltra has once again won the bid for the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine's instrument procurement project. However, this time Eltra has also been shortlisted for the 29th package: Carbon and Sulfur Element Analyzer, A: Carbon and Sulfur Element Analyzer, B: Carbon and Sulfur Element Analyzer, and C: Sulfur Analyzer. This is a breakthrough for Eltra and represents the recognition of Eltra's element analyzer as a user of the entry-exit inspection and quarantine system.

Rapid analysis of inorganic sample elements
The CS-800 is equipped with four independent infrared detection cells, which can simultaneously obtain analysis data of carbon and sulfur content during a single measurement process. The length of each infrared detection cell is customized to optimize the range. CS-800 is suitable for simultaneous detection of carbon and sulfur elements in inorganic samples, and can quickly analyze different samples. The typical samples of CS-800 are: steel, cast iron, refractory metals, carbides, glass, ceramics, and others.

Humanized Element Analyzer CS-580
ELTRA's CS-580, fully automatic, can measure CS analyzer, with a working capacity of 36 or 130 position crucible, vertical resistance furnace and ceramic tube technology, heating temperature up to 1550 ℃, adjustable at 1 ℃. Samples weighing up to 500mg and even uneven materials can be reliably analyzed. This analyzer can be configured according to user requirements to meet various applications. Samples weighing up to 500 milligrams or even more can be weighed, and the measurement range can be customized.

Determination of Carbon and Sulfur Content by High Frequency Induction Combustion Method
The new Elementrac CS-i is developed specifically for measuring carbon and sulfur content. It uses a high-frequency induction furnace to introduce pure oxygen combustion samples and is equipped with four highly sensitive infrared detection cells to measure carbon and sulfur content. The measurement range can be adjusted according to specific user requirements. CS-i can perform simultaneous and reliable analysis of carbon and sulfur elements with different contents in inorganic materials such as steel, cast iron, copper, ore, cement, ceramics, glass, various non-ferrous metals, and high-temperature alloys.

Among numerous instrument brands at home and abroad, especially in the quality inspection and quarantine system projects where foreign brands have always dominated, Eltra from Germany has successfully won the bid for the equipment procurement project of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. This fully reflects the market recognition and product competitiveness of Eltra's elemental analyzer brand, and of course, it cannot be separated from the trust and support of its laboratory users over the years!
Eltra has precision analyzers and can provide comprehensive solutions. We will continue to adhere to the concept of "excellence in work and quality", providing more professional and comprehensive elemental analysis solutions for laboratory and industrial customers, and creating more value for Eltra product users and partners!
About Eltra
Eltra, a German company, has been dedicated to elemental analysis for over 30 years. From its initial carbon sulfur analyzer to the research and manufacturing of oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzers and thermogravimetric analyzers, Eltra has become a leader in the field of elemental analysis. Especially in the metallurgical geology industry, ELTRA's carbon sulfur analyzers and hydrogen oxygen nitrogen analyzers have always had a reputation for stable performance, durability, and high cost-effectiveness. Its dual furnace design system enables a carbon sulfur analyzer to simultaneously measure and analyze both organic and inorganic samples. After joining the Fuerde Group in 2012, ELTRA (Germany) will rely on the resources of Fuerde Scientific Instruments Division to further strengthen its promotion in the fields of steel, metal, automotive, aviation, coal, cement, construction, universities, research institutes, commercial inspection, quality inspection, etc.
