Analysis of Fault Alarm Principle for Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber


1. Box over temperature alarm: The sensor and channel in the sample area are equipped with over temperature protection devices, and the operation panel is equipped with over temperature protection devices. When the temperature in the test area exceeds the allowable temperature set on the panel, the equipment will shut down and alarm. The equipment must be set to the highest temperature of 10 ℃ by TH before it can work.
2. Sample over temperature protection: When the temperature in the sample area exceeds the protection temperature set by the controller, the equipment will shut down and sound an alarm. The equipment can only operate normally after troubleshooting and resetting. The sample overheating protection includes upper limit protection and lower limit protection, which can be set by users according to their needs.
3. Fan overheating alarm: When the fan coil overheats, the equipment will shut down and sound an alarm. The fault must be resolved before the equipment can resume operation.
4. Fan overcurrent alarm: When the fan current exceeds the allowable value, the equipment stops and alarms. The equipment must be repaired for overcurrent faults before it can resume normal operation.
5. Circulating cooling water shortage alarm: When the water pressure in the cooling circulating water system is insufficient, the equipment stops and alarms. The equipment can only resume normal operation after troubleshooting and resetting.
6. Overheating alarm of refrigeration compressor: When the compressor coil overheats or the power supply of the circuit is abnormal, the equipment stops and alarms. The equipment can only resume normal operation after the fault is eliminated.
7. Refrigeration compressor overpressure alarm: When the pressure of the refrigerant in the refrigeration system exceeds the set value, the equipment stops and alarms. The fault must be eliminated and manually reset before the equipment can resume normal operation.
8. Power phase loss and phase sequence alarm: When the external power supply of the equipment is in phase loss or the phase sequence is changed, the equipment stops and alarms. The equipment can only resume normal operation after the fault is eliminated.
