There are over 4700 inter provincial transport ships. The "Measures" introduced this time include waterway and port management, ship management, transportation management, and safety management, which will change the situation of the lack and imperfection of laws and regulations on waterway transportation in our province.
The Measures attach great importance to maintaining water traffic safety, such as stipulating that "passengers riding on ships and staff conducting water operations should wear life jackets". The reporter learned that in the future, all tourist boats and ferries in the province must be equipped with life jackets according to the 100% passenger quota standard, and passengers must wear life jackets 100% when boarding.
