AI cherry sorting line put into operation in Tongchuan, Yuqian collaborates with Taolang to release white paper leading industrial upgrading

On May 26th, China's first international standard AI cherry sorting line was officially unveiled and put into use in Tongchuan, Shaanxi.

This production line was introduced by the fruit industry chain giant Yuqian and built by the global sorting giant Taolang. The sorting efficiency and accuracy are benchmarked against international advanced post harvest processing standards, which means that for the first time, domestic cherries have the same technical foundation as international products in the post harvest process.

On the same day, Yu Qian and Tao Lang jointly released the White Paper on "Breaking the deadlock and establishing new trends in China's cherry industry: Challenges and opportunities in the cherry industry", aiming to provide a new benchmark and replicable practice for the standardization, normalization, and commercialization of China's cherry industry.

The implementation of international standards solves the pain of domestic cherries. China has firmly become the world's largest producer of cherries, and its industrial scale continues to expand. The sorting line used this time is located in Yuqian's modern sorting and packaging factory in Tongchuan, Shaanxi, and is the core of Yuqian's domestic cherry industry chain layout. The complete set of cherry post harvest processing solutions introduced by Taolang in the production line covers the entire process of post harvest pre cooling, AI sorting and grading, precise weighing, and standardized packaging, achieving integrated and efficient processing of cherries from branches to packaging. In the current situation where post harvest processing of domestic cherries generally relies on manual labor and has different standards, a different path has been taken.
