Shock resistant diaphragm pressure gaugeTo conduct pressure testing, a measurement system is actually required. To achieve accurate measurement, in addition to correctly selecting and calibrating the shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge, it is also necessary to pay attention to the correct installation of the entire system. If only the anti-seismic diaphragm pressure gauge itself is accurate, its reading cannot * represent the actual parameters of the measured medium, because the error of the measurement system is not equal to the error of the anti-seismic diaphragm pressure gauge.
The correct installation of the system includes the opening position of the pressure tap, the reasonable laying of the connecting conduit, and the correct installation position of the shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge.
1.Shock resistant diaphragm pressure gaugeSelection of pressure port location
(1) Avoid areas where the pipeline is bent, branched, or where vortices are formed by the flow.
(2) When there is a protruding object (such as a temperature measuring element) in the pipeline, the pressure tap should be taken in front of it.
(3) When pressure must be taken near the regulating valve, if the pressure tap is in front of it, the distance from the valve should not be less than twice the pipe diameter; If the pressure port is located behind it, the distance from the valve should not be less than 3 times the diameter of the pipe.
(4) For wide containers, the pressure tap should be located in an area where the fluid flow is smooth and there are no eddies. In summary, the position of the pressure tapping port determined in the process flow should ensure the measurement of the selected process parameters.
2.Shock resistant diaphragm pressure gaugeLaying of connecting conduits
The horizontal section of the connecting conduit should have a certain slope to facilitate the removal of condensed liquids or gases. When the measured medium is gas, the conduit should tilt low towards the pressure tap direction; When the measured medium is a liquid, the conduit should be inclined towards the direction of the pressure measuring instrument; When the measured parameter is a smaller differential pressure value, the inclination can be slightly larger. In addition, if the conduit bends up and down, a condensate drainage device should be installed at the lowest point or an exhaust device should be installed at the highest point according to the medium conditions in the conduit to ensure that the accuracy of the measurement is not affected for a considerable period of time due to the accumulation of condensate or gas in the conduit. Condensed liquids or gases should be discharged regularly.
3.Shock resistant diaphragm pressure gaugeInstallation and usage precautions
(1) The shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge should be installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane;
(2) Is it possible to consider correcting additional height errors if the measuring point of the shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge is at the same horizontal position as the installation of the shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge;
(3) The distance between the installation location of the shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge and the measuring point should be as short as possible to avoid slow indication;
(4) Ensure sealing and prevent leakage, especially for flammable and explosive gas media as well as toxic and harmful media.
When using a shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge in the following situations, additional devices should be added, but no additional errors should be generated, otherwise correction should be considered.
(1) In order to ensure that the shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge is not affected by the erosion of the measured medium, high viscosity, or crystallization, an isolation device should be installed;
(2) In order to ensure that the shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge is not affected by rapid changes or pulsating pressure of the measured medium, a buffer is installed. Especially during sudden increases and decreases in pressure, it is easy for the shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge to be damaged or scrapped, and even for the spring tube to crack and leak;
(3) In order to ensure that the shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge is not affected by vibration, the pressure instrument should be equipped with vibration reduction devices and fixing devices;
(4) In order to ensure that the shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge is not affected by the high temperature of the measured medium, a liquid filled bend tube device should be installed;
(5) Special instruments are strictly prohibited from being used for other purposes, and measurements must not be made without special and reliable devices. It is even more strictly forbidden to use general pressure gauges for pressure measurement of special media;
(6) For newly purchased shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauges, it is necessary to conduct metrological calibration before installation and use to prevent vibration, damage, or other factors from damaging the accuracy of the shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge during transportation.
