Rectangular membrane box pressure gaugeInstallation precautions
1. The selection of pressure measuring points should reflect the true situation of the measured pressure.
(1) Choose the section of the pipeline where the measured medium flows in a straight line, rather than at bends, forks, dead corners, or other places where vortices are easily formed.
(2) When measuring the pressure of a flowing medium, the pressure point should be perpendicular to the flow direction and any burrs in the borehole should be removed.
(3) When measuring liquid pressure, the pressure measuring point should be at the lower part of the pipeline to prevent gas accumulation in the pressure pipe. When measuring gas, the pressure measuring point should be above the pipeline to prevent liquid accumulation in the pressure pipe. Standard material for wetted parts:
Code -1 (0-600bar)=brass connection/bronze Bourdon tube, measuring a larger pressure range 316Ti stainless steel
Code -3 (0-1600bar)=316Ti stainless steel/316Ti stainless steel Bourdon tube
(Low pressure nickel iron alloy can measure greater pressure)
Can be used for the wet part code of most models:
Code -6 (0-400 bar)=Connection and Bourdon tube: Montessori alloy
process connection
The standard connection method for Boden pressure gauges is:
1/2“BSP(EN837-1)
However, almost all models can use 1/2 "NPT or M20 * 1.5 without any additional requirements.
According to different needs, multiple connection methods can be selected.
