Based on the traditional manual grinding method, the sample is crushed through the friction and compression of a mortar and pestle. After the sample enters from the feeding port, it moves inward along the direction of the mortar movement. When it hits the scraper plate, a part of the sample gathers towards the upper and lower contact surfaces of the mortar and pestle, while another part of the sample enters the rear contact surface of the mortar and pestle along the mortar wall. This cyclic movement ensures the uniform crushing of the sample. The mortar and pestle are designed to be eccentric relative to the mortar. On the one hand, the mortar and pestle are driven to rotate, and friction is generated through contact with the sample to crush it; On the other hand, the weight of the mortar itself and the pressure generated by the adjustable elastic force acting on the axial direction of the mortar crush the sample.

Place the sample to be processed between the mortar and pestle through the top feeding port for grinding. The sample is crushed through compression and friction between the mortar and the mortar wall. The rotating mortar drives the rotation of the mortar and pestle, and the sample also rotates accordingly. Repeated grinding achieves uniform mixing of the sample. Considering the matching of precision and pressure, as well as the requirement to terminate sample preparation at any time, the MG series is equipped with a top pressure mechanical device and flexible scraper settings, and the speed can be adjusted within the range of 50-130 revolutions per minute.

Maintenance and upkeep of bowl grinder

1. After use, clean the grinding cup, lid, and cutting knife with clean water and wipe dry. Place them in a ventilated and dry place

2. Use a dry cloth to wipe off the moisture on the motor shaft and keep it dry

3. If not used for a long time, it is recommended to apply a layer of rust proof oil on the motor shaft

4. After use, it must be cleaned thoroughly

5. If not in use for a long time, you need to add rust proof oil to the adapter shaft and tool hole
