Key points for use:

1. This box is non explosion proof, therefore corrosive and flammable items are prohibited from being placed inside the box.

2. Do not place the chassis in a corrosive environment containing acid or alkali to avoid damaging electronic components.

3. Pay attention to protecting the paint surface of the box, which may affect the appearance of the box.

4. When not in use, the power should be cut off and it is strictly prohibited for liquids from entering the machine to avoid damaging the main unit.

5. The working voltage of this box is AC 220V, 50Hz. Before use, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the voltage of the power supply used is consistent with the specified voltage, and the grounding electrode of the power socket should be effectively grounded according to the regulations.

6. When powered on, avoid touching the electrical parts on the left side of the box with your hands or wiping with a damp cloth or rinsing with water.

7. The power cord should not be wrapped around metal objects or placed in high temperature or humid places to prevent rubber aging and electrical leakage.

8. The test object should not be placed too tightly inside the box to ensure smooth air flow and uniform heating inside. The bottom plate of the inner chamber should be close to the electric heater, so it is not suitable to place the test object. In the laboratory, the air vent valve should be appropriately opened to facilitate temperature regulation inside the box.

9. When valuable bacterial strains and cultures are placed in the incubator, they should be observed frequently. In case of any abnormal situation, the power should be immediately cut off to avoid any external or unnecessary losses.

10. Do not open the temperature controller unless necessary to prevent damage.

11. After each use, the power must be cut off. Regularly keep the inside and outside of the box clean and the water inside the tank clean.

12. Be careful of burns when using at high temperatures.

13. The fuse tube is installed in the left space inside the box. When replacing it, the side door needs to be opened and the power must be cut off.

14. After packaging, if the incubator does not work properly within one year from the date of delivery (within one year of use), the manufacturer shall replace or repair the parts for the user free of charge, provided that the storage and use rules are followed.
