Usage:

4. After using this machine, the power should be turned off, placed in a dry and ventilated place, and kept clean.

Maintenance points:

During continuous operation, the rotary oscillator should be checked every three months to ensure that no water droplets, dirt, or other debris have fallen onto the motor and control components; Check the water quality and cleanliness inside the water tank; Check fuses, control components, and fastening screws

3. The bearings of the transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1- calcium sodium based) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.

4. After using the rotary oscillator, natural wear and tear is a normal phenomenon. After one year of use, the instrument found abnormal noise in the motor, bearing wear, loose or cracked belts, abnormal heating and constant temperature, electronic component failure, and other faults.
